The Golden Years!

I went to a very fun 50th anniversary cocktail party this weekend. It was in honor of my Aunt and Uncle. Actually they are my moms aunt and uncle, which makes them my great aunt and uncle. But they certainly don’t fit the description that pops in your head when someone says Great Aunt. No blue hair, no housecoats, no wheelchairs for them! They are darling and hip.

See, I told you so! My aunt and uncle are on the left and the couple on the right is their best friends, they have been friends for 48 years. Can you imagine? Soo fun.
