Woman of Faith

I had a fabulous weekend. I got to attend the Women of Faith conference at American Airlines Center. I went with mom and Angie and several other good friends from FBC. It was truly a treat. 16,000 women were there and another 3,000 were down the street at Reunion Arena (they police escorted the speakers back and forth).



Here is who I got to experience this weekend:


Patsy Claimont: spunky, darling, funny, inspiring
Mary Graham: president of the Women of Faith
Nicole Johnson: great dramas
Marilyn Meberg: funny, spunky, very smart, quirky & strong
Sandi Patty: She left me with tears in my eyes and speechless. Only God could give someone a voice like that
Anita Renfro: Funny, cute, talented, her new book is called “If you can’t loose it, decorate it!” Darling.
Luci Swindoll: Talented, supportive, and she made me laugh so hard my abs felt sore! What a lineage.
Sheila Walsh: Strong, talented, funny, beautiful inside and out
Thelma Wells: Inspirational, example, sweet, funny
Nicole Nordeman: darling spirit, beautiful voice


After each of them spoke or sang...I'd think to myself, Oh she is def my favorite, and then another would get up and I'd think the same thing! A girl from our church is on staff with WOF and was able to snag us seats on the floor, which was so nice. The weekend was truly life changing and I am so thankful I was able to experience it!
