Yummy Pasta

So I was hungry for that tortellini pasta dish from Luigi's. You know, the pink sauce one. Alla Panna, or something like that? Anyway...I had too much going on (truth be told, I had no one to go with me) so I decided to make it for myself. So, here goes: Diced tomatoes, seasonings, half & half, parme cheese & pasta





Sauteed garlic, EVOO, a little red wine vinegar, S&P & Italian Seasoning





Then added a can of diced tomatoes with the juice, can of tomato paste and some water. Saute all together. Then added the cream and let it simmer on low.





Isn't this beautiful fresh basil from my yard?
