Fridge Clean out Stir-Fry

So this is a great healthy recipe and a great way to clean out your veggie bin of the fridge.

I used: Cabbage, radish, carrots, onions, brocolli, califlower, brussel sprouts, garlic and chicken. I used the following as the sauce: soy sause, dijon mustard, asian peper sauce (I've always called it Angry Cock Sauce...see picture on the bottle for explanation) and garlic powder

I put the wok on HIGH and add the hard root type veggies (cabbage, carrots, radish, onions, garlic) and sautee in water (NO oil)

I removed those after they were sauteed and browned a little (a bit crispy) and added soft veggies, brocolli, cauliflower and brussell sprouts

once they are browned remove and put with the other browned veggies

Add chicken and the mustard sauce...sautee until fully cooked. Then I add EVERYTHING back to the wok and add the juice of 1 lemon (it makes a HUGE difference in the taste)

At the very end I add a hand full of baby spinach leaves

And sautee everything together

YUMMY, healthy dinner and you get to clean out the veggie bin!
