Dijon Chicken

I have a great chicken recipe that has no carbs...and if you serve it with baked or grilled veggies, you will totally by "living great in '08".

Cast of ingredients: (I'd usually use fresh garlic, but tonight I'm out, so I use powdered)












Soy sauce, dijon, onion, garlic, evoo, 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts


Chicken and all the goodness combined

Finished project with baked veggies (squash, onions, broccoli and cauliflower baked in non-fat italian dressing).
