Here is a great, SUPER easy salmon recipe. Honestly, it takes less than 30 mins (and 20 of that is marinating time).
The marinade: soy sauce (you know I don't measure stuff, so just cover the bottom of a cereal bowl) a few quirts of Dijon mustard and a few squirts of Asian chili sauce. Then add garlic and whisk it together with a fork until everything is combined and it make s beautiful brown sauce.
Add salmon fillets to sauce and drizzle top side with extra virgin olive oil. After about 10 mins flip them over and add evoo to the other side, let that side sit another 10 mins.
Then grill salmon for 5 mins, and you can add the remaining marinade as a sauce, because raw salmon is OK to eat. But don't do this with chicken, beef or pork! (sorry if that sounded bossy)
Finished product! YUM. And Dr. Oz will be SO excited about you getting your olive oil for the day as well as all those good for you Omega 3's!
