Oven Fries

Lesli turned me on to these Tyler Florance Oven Fries.

Cut potatoes into wedges, cover in olive oil, salt and pepper

Spread onto baking sheet. While they are cooking at 425 for 35 minutes, chop parsley and combine it with Parmesan cheese. I added garlic, because I don't cook without.
When the potatoes are crisp toss them in the parsley mixture.

Here is the finished product, all crisp and delicious.
