Updated Meatloaf

I ordered meatloaf at at company lunch and it was dry, dry, dry. I brought the leftovers home thinking I could sauce it up at home.....and that's just what I did.
I combined ketchup, hot sauce, Worcestershire, garlic and smoked paprika to make a spicy ketchup
I also sliced a tomato to put on top to add more moisture as well as add fabulous taste
I let the meatloaf soak in the spicy ketchup and then added the sliced tomato and put in the oven to heat up. Here is the finished product. It made a huge difference.
