I was able to share a great meal and great conversation with some of my favorite people. (the babies stayed home with "RoRo" and "Daddy-guy")

BABY SPINACH SALAD With Cajeta Glazed Walnuts, Manchego Cheese, and Passion Fruit Vinaigrette
MESQUITE GRILLED CHILEAN SEA BASS Mesquite Grilled with Mango Salsa, and served on Poblano Rice and Cotija Black Beans with Sunsplash, Ginger Tamarind, and fresh Vegetables
We also shared molten chcolate cake & coffee. It was a fabulous time.
And I'm not even going to tell you about all the other fabulous food we had that weekend at Galaxy Cafe & Zocalo.
