Roasted Tomatoes


Cast: tomato, olive oil, sugar, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper & garlic

Slice tomato lengthwise and remove the "guts", you don't want it to be water~ey and place on foil covered baking sheet

Drizzle with olive oil, vinegar and garlic, then sprinkle just a pinch of sugar over them all, and then plenty of salt & pepper



look at all that goodness

Then roast at 450, for 25 to 30 mins


add Parmesan cheese to the top once you remove from the oven and enjoy!
