Turkey burger & ranch smashed potato

The cast of seasonings: Worcestershire, smoked paprika, lawry's seasoning salt, parsley, garlic powder, salt & pepper

I diced tomato & red onion, and then added all those above spices to this mixture

added that combination to 1LB of ground turkey. Once combined I refrigerated it, to help them stick together better

1LB made of ground turkey made 4 1/4lb patties, I used my new grill pan from Nana & Papa

While I made the turkey burgers, I had new potatoes, rubbed with olive oil, salt & pepper roasting in the oven
Ranch smashed potato cast: Ranch dressing, cheese, s&P and cheese. Once the potatoes were cooked through I smashed them, added the above and ate the heck out of em!

Here is the final product. And YES I like my burgers on toasted bread instead of a bun; and if you think that is weird, blame my mom. {I eat my hot dogs on bread too...but I'll save that for a whole other post} I added mayo, tomato slices and cheese to my burger. It was delicious and healthy, since that turkey burger is good for you, very lean protein. Now I can't say much for the mayo, ranch dressing, and cheese.....but hey, life's too short to not embrace the cheese!
