Where's the beef?

Every time we go to visit Nana and Papa....we always have steak. This trip was no exception! I mean, is that perfectly cooked, or what?
These ribs were THE BEST, I've ever had....honestly the sauce was a perfect combination of sweet and savory and the meat was SO tender.
