Spicy black beans & rice

1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed. Then I added all the good stuff: cumin, garlic, can of rotel, cilantro, salt, smoked paprika, chili powder, dash of hot sauce and dash of Worcestershire. Mix and bring to a boil and then turn to very low and let it simmer for 30 mins or so, the longer the better....I put a lid on it and let it simmer away and let it soak up all that flavor.

While the beans are soaking up the flavor I cooked a package of spanish rice, when the rice is finished, combine with the bean mixture
And enjoy a delicious bowl of spicy black beans and rice!
