Escalloped Corn

Cast of Characters: Butter, Creamed corn, whole kernel corn, sour cream, eggs, package of cornbread mixmelt butter, and add all other ingredients to a bowl and combine.

Add to 13X9 greased backing dish and cook 40 minutes on 350

the lovely escalloped corn! I brought this as one of the sides to Thanksgiving and there was none leftover. Def an easy, great recipe to try.

Here are the specifics:

1/2 cup butter

1 can creamed corn

1 can whole kernel corn (drained)

1 8 oz container of sour cream

2 eggs beaten

1 package (8 1/2 oz) cornbread mix
