Bread-Crumbs

I was going through my recipe book looking for things I could make weight watchers friendly. Several of the items called for breadcrumbs and I thought that was a very easy alternative!

So I got a few pieces of high fiber whole wheat bread and toasted in oven. Once toasted I sliced into cubes

then threw them in the magic bullet (or food processor)

Here is the final product. I store them in the fridge so they don't get stale as fast. Planning on making a turkey meatloaf and this will be perfect!
