Skillet Chicken Dijon
Cast of Characters:2 Boneless chicken breast
sliced red onion
3T olive oil
2 Cloves garlic minced
3 T white wine (can be omitted if you don't have)
3 T Soy sauce
2 T dijon mustard

I use those frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Thawed in water
Heat oil in skilletThe sauce will thicken and become silky. I cook about 10-15 mins and then reduce to low & cook until it gets as thick as you want.
Serve this over brown rice or with a side salad for a healthy delicious dinner!
