Black Bean Dip

Quick and easy recipe for black bean & cream cheese dip.

Cast of ingredients: 1 can of black beans, 1 can of rotel, 1 block of cream cheese, cheddar cheese (seriously, I should be the GREAT VALUE spokeswoman)
Cast of seasoning: garlic powder, cumin, salt & pepper
Set out cream cheese, so it can soften
Drain and rinse can of black beans

Drain can of tomato & chili's
Season with a few dashes of garlic, a shake or so of cumin, salt & pepper to taste

Spread cream cheese into bottom of a pie plate. If your cream cheese hasn't had time to soften, you can put in microwave for about 30 sec to get it soft enough to spread. (I don't bake pies so I used a square glass baking dish, which worked fine)

Then add seasoned bean mixture to the cream cheese

Top with shredded cheddar cheese & bake at 350 for @ 15 mins(or until cheese is melted)
