Season fish with salt, pepper, garlic powder and a little fresh thyme
Get sauté pan really hot and add sliced onions & mushroom and sauté until soft
Seasoned side down and cook for 5 mines while seasoning other side, then flip and cook on other side![]()
After fish is removed add white wine to deglaze pan, scrape up bits and let alcohol cook out. Then add 2 TBL of butter to combine
then add cream onion & mushroom mixture back to sauce
serve with orzo, add sauce and top with tilapia and add seasonings as needed
