Tilapia with orzo lemon cream sauce

Season fish with salt, pepper, garlic powder and a little fresh thyme

Get sauté pan really hot and add sliced onions & mushroom and sauté until soft

Seasoned side down and cook for 5 mines while seasoning other side, then flip and cook on other sidePicture 726

After fish is removed add white wine to deglaze pan, scrape up bits and let alcohol cook out. Then add 2 TBL of butter to combinePicture 727

then add cream onion & mushroom mixture back to sauce

serve with orzo, add sauce and top with tilapia and add seasonings as needed
