this is one of the best things I've eaten in a long time
it's not fancy, only a few ingredients, but the flavor combination is killer
sliced jalapeno, stuffed with cream cheese & crab meat, then they put the pepper put back together batter in tempura and fried. Pulled back apart and soy glaze drizzled on top. WOWZA!
Then we washed it down with a boatload (literally) of sushi
This beauty, is a roll, COVERED in buttery, sauced scallops. Delish.
And not to get on my soapbox, but it still hurts my feelings that so many people turn their noses up at sushi. What is there to dislike about buttery scallops? NOTHING! So do me a favor and try it for crying out loud!
