Veggie stir-fry is such a quick and yummy meal, for any day of the week.

Cabbage, celery, mushrooms, garlic, onion, ginger & cilantro

Boil any Asian noodles to package directions

Get wok really hot with some toasted sesame oil, saute veggies for a few minutes, while noodles boil. You can add any protein: chicken, beef, pork, fish, egg, etc. Once noodles are done, drain and add to stir-fry. Top with soy sauce and sirachi (angry cock sauce) and enjoy!
