Me and a few of my high school friends had random memories of church camp via email this week. Here are some of my favorite ones:
Big Tent Revival singing Two Sets of Jones’
Dawson McAllister constantly saying “turn the page” and “he loves ya”
Shawna’s mom braiding our hair in tiny braids all over our head with bead at the ends
Date night…and all the drama that went along with it
Stealing the boys boxers and wearing them to breakfast….Kenny’s were Bart Simpson and were torn and had stains in them
“Falling in love” with JP while he was playing sand volleyball in Panama City Beach, FL.
40 Days
Separate boys pool and girls pool at Mt. Lebanon didn’t exist anymore, once we were in youth we didn’t have to separate…..should have been the other way around though!
We wore wind shorts on top of biker shorts with painted “I’m Yours” t-shirts tucked in a little bit in the front and hanging out completely in the back.
