Healthy or Unhealthy

I read an article last night that was 6 sure signs you’re doing right by your body and 6 clues you’re probably not. I found it very interesting and wanted to share.

6 Signs that you are healthy:

1. You can easily walk up 2 flights of stairs.
2. You can’t stand the smell of cigarette smoke
3. It takes you a week to finish a bottle of wine. 1 drink a day is good for your heart, but more than 2 can cause type 2 diabetes and breast cancer.
4. You eat fast food less than 2 times a week
5. You laugh often
6. You know when you are going to start

6 Signs that you are unhealthy:

1. Your waist is bigger than a yardstick (35 inches)
2. You can’t remember the last time you bought sunscreen
3. You spit pink when you brush your teeth
4. Your lips are constantly chapped. Chronic dry lips are a sign of dehydration
5. You park yourself in front of the tv for hours. For every 2 hours of tv you watch a day your risk of obesity rises 23% according to a Harvard Public health study.
6. You have been on more than 5 diets. Women how have gained and lost 10 or more lbs more than 5 times in their life have a weaker immune system.
