Tomato Basil Pasta

I used my leftover tomato basil soup and turned it into an awesome pasta sauce. I heated the soup and added mushroom and crumbled blue cheese to thicken it, and then poured it over cooked pasta. Delish!
I made the soup again last night for Sarah & Holly...and it didn't disappoint. This time I sauteed the onions longer and used less sugar and I think it was better. You should try it!
