Baked Mashed Potatoes

The next time you make mashed potatoes, try baking them first instead of boiling them. It makes a very flavorful, thick, lumpy mashed potatoes instead of water~ey mashed potatoes.

Wash & dry your potatoes
Salt, pepper, and drizzle with olive oilWrap in foil and place in baking dishCook at 400 for about 20-35 minutes depending on the size.Scoop out the filling into a bowl and mash. Add your favorite mashed potatoes ingredients and I promise you will never boil potatoes again.
