Bruschetta pronounced brew-sketta (Did that sounds snobby? Didn't mean for it to...but people ususally say brew-SHetta)

Cast of characters: cherry tomato halves, minced garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper and fresh basil chiffinod.
