Toast and cube wheat bread, then put the cubes in the food processor with dried herbs of your choice, garlic powder, salt & pepper an combine
The seasoned bread crumbsThe mozzarella balls usually come in water, so you need to make sure they are really dry before you put them in the breading
Dredge them in egg wash, then roll in breadcrumbs
fry in hot oil, rotating to get all side browned, we served them all hot, gooey and melted on our crostini and added the bruschetta on top. They were wonderful!
