I LOVE me some bacon
But I hate frying it. It makes your house stink and gets all greasy, limp and gross!
I've started cooking it in the oven, on a slotted roasting pan
The high temperature makes the bacon really crispy and the best part is that as it cooks the grease falls through those slots in the pan!
