I am the self-proclaimed "cheapest" person you know. I LOVE store brand just about everything including make-up. I love Wet-n-Wild from walmart or how bout N-Y-C? Loves it! But I do allow myself to "splurge" on MAC for a few things. And it's SUCH a treat to me. On make-up day I go to Northpark and test out all the fun new colors. 
Last week I "splurged" on foundation, eye paint & a fun new eye-shadow!
