While "on holiday" earlier in the week, I had the HUGE privilege of eating at Flip Burger Boutique in Birmingham, AL. In case you aren't familiar with it, it is the brain child of Richard Blais...and if you're a top chef fan, you know who that is!
I ordered the Churrasco: Grass fed beef, wagyu flank steak, chimichurri, lemonaise, lettuce, tomato, onion, cilantro, crispy potatoes
I also had fried bread & butter pickles as my side. I LOVER me some pickles!
Is your mouth watering yet? He has 3 locations, 2 in Atlanta & 1 in Birmingham and if you are ever in driving distance to one of them.....you should go. You will thank me, I promise!
