Turkey Burgers

Weight Watchers Turkey Burgers recipe
Makes 4 servings
Cast of Characters:
3/4 lb ground turkey (i used a whole lb)
1/3 cup Monterrey Jack cheese (I used mozzarella cause that's all I had)
2 scallions chopped
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon soy sauce (I only had a teaspoon, so I used Worcestershire too)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients (except the cheese)

Blend in the cheese (I didn't do that I just melted a little cheese on top)

Form into 4 patties

Spray a frying pan with cooking spray

Cook the patties until done

Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce and tomatoes.
